Tem duração de 21 meses com aulas de Segunda-Feira à Quinta-Feira. Suas aulas são ministradas na UC Berkeley, em sua faculdade de administração – Haas School of Business.      O curso foi completamente reestruturado recentemente, com a atualização de algumas matérias, além da inclusão de outras relevantes no currículo do programa.
